Design Plus Gallery presents a Wassily Style Chair, originally designed by Marcel Breuer in 1925. This reproduction references the iconic chair that features a tubular, chromed steel frame. Touch Seat arms and back panels are all black leather. Inspired by the curving handlebars of the Adler bicycle, the Wassily’s chrome-finished tubular steel frame would be seamless. The Wassily Chair is a symbol of the industrial heroism and engineering invention of the early 20th century. Deep surface scratches on frame and lax leather; condition is fair for age and use.
