In the Louis XV provincial style, the rectangular top with three-quarter gallery above a long locking frieze drawer over an open shelf compartment, above two further long drawers, the drawers with twenty-four carat gilt-carved escutcheon backplates, with line-panelled sides, resting on splayed legs, finished in a hand-rubbed brownstone white with rich brown line detail.
