Design Plus Gallery presents an Antique Chinese lacquered Cabinet. A two-door cabinet in the Qing Dynasty “wedding cabinet” style, scaled as a small armoire or bedside cabinet. Crafted from solid wood with traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, it features a richly distressed red and black lacquer finish with subtle green undertones. The time-softened surfaces and areas of natural wear lend depth and authenticity to its presence. Two paneled doors are centered by a classic circular brass medallion lock plate and pulls, showing minor, attractive patina. Inside, a single shelf offers practical storage—ideal for bedside essentials, entryway organization, or as an accent piece. Sourced from the once known “Forgotten Shanghai” Showroom of San Francisco. In good condition, visible and minimal wear from usage.
