The chair evokes the angularity with clean geometric forms of 1940s Paris that somehow makes a statement towards simplicity. The chair is made from solid wood frame with a generous wrap of foam to cushion the seat, back and sides of chair then wrapped entirely in cognac an leather . The lush leather has acquired a rich patina over time, and features top-stitching detail with open-edged seams. Casters provide ease of mobility. Distressed appearance is intentional; sun exposure; condition is fair for age and use. Made in Romania.
