Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Five Tulip Chairs by Burke Inc. These Space Age chairs were inspired by the 1950’s Tulip Chairs designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. In the 1970’s, these beauties were introduced with a four pointed swivel base instead of the traditional tulip round pedestal base of the iconic design. The chairs swivel 360 degrees. The seat shells are fiber glass on a metal base, powder coated in an off white finish. The seats are red vinyl. Visible and minor wear from usage + age. Made in Dallas Texas, USA.
