Late 20th Century “Charles X” Burled Elm Armoire

Design Plus Gallery presents a Late 20th-Century “Charles X” Burled Elm Armoire. Solid maple dovetail joinery makes up the two banks of drawers. Top cabinet opens to reveal a media drawer with generous electrical space on top complete with back panel opening. Oiled brass hardware pulls have an intricate designs. The elm burl wood veneers are patched together in a sophisticated fashion. Minor wear through out, armoire is in good condition. Made in the USA. Henredon has been manufacturing furniture in North Carolina since 1945 and is currently being consolidated with Drexel Heritage.
