Design Plus Gallery presents a Late 20th Century “Charles X” Burled Elm Twelve Drawer Dresser. Solid maple dovetail joinery makes up the array of drawers. Set is complete with shallow drawers and compartments for storing jewelry on the top row. Spacial dividers line the next row down for storing finer garments. Oiled brass hardware pulls have an intricate designs. The elm burl wood veneers are patched together in a sophisticated fashion. Minor wear through out, dresser is in good condition. Made in the USA. Henredon has been manufacturing furniture in North Carolina since 1945 and is currently being consolidated with Drexel Heritage.
