Design Plus Gallery presents a Chocolate Brown Leather Barcelona Chair by Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe. The chair has heavy button tufting on both the seat and back cushion, which are removable to the the strap system that keeps them in place. This iconic chair was designed in 1929 for the German Pavilion at the Barcelona International Exposition. A chrome plated flat bar steel frame is thought to be based on ancient Roman campaign chairs. Is in good condition for its age + use.
