Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Ten Antiquaire Gray Tolix A Chairs. Originally presented in 1934 by French Metalwork Xavier Pauchard as the Marais A Chair, this design has stood the test of time still being produced today through Design Within Reach. These are reproductions ordered through a Chicago base antique purveyer. Original design was used on the decks of the S.S Normandie and continued to be used in cafes for their robust and convenient stackable functionality. Minor wear through out, set is in good condition. Molded out of galvanized steel. Made in France.
