Design Plus Gallery presents the Ploum Sofa by Ligne Roset. Designed by R. & E. Bouroullec, the Ploum sofa is an organic silhouette created by steel tubing, wire and mesh and then covered a special combination of stretchable quilted covering (wool/synthetic in Anthracite Gray) and ultra-soft foam. This combination, along with deep tufting and ample dimensions, provides extreme comfort and accommodates different ways of lounging. By design, the Ploum is asymmetrical in construction with right-hand backrest a bit higher than the left, as well as right-hand seat is slightly deeper than the left-hand. This is the high back version of the Ploum. Cover is not removable. Light surface wear, condition is consistent with age and use.
