Walnut Marble Top Display Hutch

Design Plus Gallery presents a 1920’s French Deco Walnut Marble Top Display Hutch. Purchased from Legends Antiques in Oakland California and imported from France in the late 20th Century. Walnut veneers are inlaid with a dramatic cathedral fashion with signature deco motifs and forms. Rounded forms showcase the softness of the wood with oiled brass hardware and and original key. Key opens door cabinets to reveal adjustable shelving on the interior. Central glass cabinet is backed with a mirror to showcase items. Top surface has three marble tiers and a rounded art nouveau shaped mirror form which elegantly arches over the entire unit. Visible wear on some of the surfaces.
