Design Plus Gallery presents an Original Still Life Painting by French Artist Violette DeMazia (1896-1988). Violette DeMazia also signed her paintings under Martin. The painting depicts a still life scene with various objects, including eggs in a basket, pears, cherries, a metal pitcher, and flowers. The signature, “MARTIN,” is visible in the lower right corner. Violette de Mazia was a French artist and the Director of Education at the Barnes Foundation for many years. Custom frame and matted. In good vintage condition, visible markings and minimal wear from usage.
