Vintage Lancini Italian Onyx + Brass Candelabras, a Pair

Design Plus Gallery presents a Pair of Lancini Candelabras from the Mid Century. Authentic 20th century Italian LANCINI candelabras made of ochre onyx + brass in the style of Louis XIV. Each holder is capable of holding seven candles. Fabricated in Italy in the 20th century by Italian Artisans in solid ochre onyx and solid brass. The arms are curved and scrolled, with columnar style holders; it has eagle accents at the base of the center arm, which has a removable finial. The ochre + green urn shaped base is raised on a decorative, footed gold tone base. The maker’s mark LANCINI is found on the underside of the base. Under the category of “BREVATTATO” which means PATENTED & MADE IN ITALY. Not perfectly symmetrical which is a typical trait of this design to have a slight lean of armature from the arms to the candle cups, but may be carefully straightened by hand.
