Vintage John Richard Bombe Chest of Drawers

Design Plus Gallery presents a Bombe Chest from John Richard. From one of his earliest creations comes with Asian inspired bombe chest of drawers. The chest has a bulbous middle and gives off curvaceous appeal. It has a dark brown stain that is nearly black to the eye with golden chinoiserie etchings of village life in rural Asian communities going on the fronts, sides, and top. There are two pleasant gold toned circular rosette drawer pulls on each of the two drawers and it rests on four slightly curved legs. There is visible wear that is present but overall, the bombe chest is in good overall condition. Made in the USA.
