Vintage Herman Miller Eames Executive Desk Chair

Design Plus Gallery presents a Brown Leather Executive Eames Chair from the Late 20th Century by Herman Miller. The chair is model EA37 that was originally designed by Charles & Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. This example dates to likely the late 20th century. The design features a cast aluminum frame on casters. The seat has plush cushions that are two inches thick and was recently re-upholstered in a supple brown leather. The item is marked (as-is) There is a tilt to the chair and unfortunately it does not lock in place. The four star base with casters is not attached to the main frame. If the chair is lifted then the star base would not be attached.Overall the vintage chair is in good condition for its usage.
