Design Plus Gallery presents a Gold Leaf with Diamond Pattern Cabinet from Baker Furniture’s Barbara Barry Collection. The original gold leaf finish has been purposely distressed to enhance the lovely case texture + reveal subtle hints of the Chinese red lacquer base coat. A true piece of meaningful design and craftsmanship. The back of the cabinet + the inside has the red lacquer and there is a brand plate inside as well. Overall the cabinet has some distressed aspects, scratches mainly, that are consistent with its vintage age + use. This is a discontinued model as it was made in the 1990s. Baker Furniture is made in the USA.
