Vintage Balinese Plantation Chair

Design Plus Gallery presents a very unique vintage Balinese plantation chair. This great chair has beautifully woven caned back and seat. The frame is made from tropical hardwood. The one feature that makes this chair extra special is the fact that someone has embedded a coin into the top of each of its armrests. It has pull outs under each arm, the best guess is that they are used for some kind of work with grasses or reeds while seating comfortably.
