Verre Églomisé is an ancient, refined technique involving reverse-side gilding and painting on glass to create a mirrored, decorative finish. Popularized by 18th-century French decorator Jean-Baptiste Glomy, the frame has a dreamy golden tone that only this method can provide. Each corner of the frame has a golden rosette.
