Thonet Swivel Chair, 19th Century

Design Plus Gallery presents the 19th Century Swivel Chair by Michael Thonet, for Thonet. The chair has a distinctive bentwood frame and woven rattan seat back and seat rest. It was designed by Michael and produced by Gebruder Thonet in the 1880’s with a stamp on the base for authenticity. There is a little bit of sun exposure and wear to the frame but overall, with chair is in good condition for its usage.
