The dining table has hand-planed and planked woodworking which involves using traditional hand planes to flatten, smooth, and finish wooden planks, often creating a superior, high-sheen surface compared to sanding. It also has radius corners, banding, and reeded edge detail. It is crafted from solid woods with a substantial pedestal base with four curved, splayed legs and a centered stretcher ring for stability. The chair frames match the table perfectly with a black crackle surface including shaped arms Each chair has a tight seat upholstered in neutral cream leather with a flat self-welt. A brass “ROSE TARLOW MELROSE HOUSE” plaque is attached to the chairs and table. They are in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. Made in the USA.
