A rope planetarium chandelier from Restoration Hardware. The gyroscope created by 19th-century experimental physicist Léon Foucault inspired an openwork globe, updated with an accent of jute rope. Its double-gimbal frame is built of iron and fitted with candlestick-style sockets.
