Design Plus Gallery presents the 19th Century Vintage Mercury Glass Table Lamp from Restoration Hardware. This lamp was inspired by mid-19th-century mercury glass, once a covetable alternative to household sterling. Originally made from vessels meant for essential oils + perfumes, the vintage bottles were repurposed and been given a distressed patina for an authentic timeworn appearance. The single-walled cast glass has a distressed patina for a more time-conditioned look. Topped with off white drum shade and finial. Wear is consistent with use; lamp is in good condition.
