Design Plus Gallery present an Elm Wood Cabinet with Hidden Drawers. This elm wood wedding cabinet is likely from the 19th century. It has all original brass hardware and hidden drawers. This style of cabinet draws the attention with its tapering lines that are beautifully highlighted by a warm brown finish. Two doors, accented by rounded moldings and fitted with ornate brass hardware, open to reveal inner shelves and two hidden drawers offering convenient storage opportunities. The lower section showcases a panel that can be removed to reveal an additional storage space. The cabinet is raised on four straight cylindrical legs connected to one another through a simply carved apron on three of the four sides. The side panels are recessed and the back is decorated with a dark brown color. The cabinet is in good overall condition with wear that is consistent with antique usage.
