Design Plus Gallery presents a Moon 18 Scraplight Natural Pendant Light by Graypants. Designed by architectural duo Seth Grizzle and Jonathan Junker in 2007. Constructed by hand from recycled cardboard. The Moon shape offers a warm and functional lighting experience sure to be the focal point of any room. When illuminated the light scatters through the small opening of the pendant creating a truly unique effect. The pendant light is treated with an environmentally friendly fire retardant and features a black cord and canopy. With home bases in Seattle and Amsterdam, the responsible and eco-chic design house created their first line of pendant lights out of repurposed corrugated cardboard, aptly titled ‘scraplights.’ While still focusing on recycled pendant lights, the pair continues to expand their design portfolio with various architectural installations and public artworks. Made in Holland.
