Neoclassical Style Tole Metal Pedestal Stand. Original Price: $2,500

Design Plus Gallery presents a Vintage Neoclassical Style Tole Metal Pedestal Stand. This decorative stand has a circular upper tier and a smaller lower tier, both accented with pierced metal gallery borders and hand-painted gilt botanical motifs. Three slender metal supports extend to a sculptural tripod base with curved detailing and classical foot accents. An ornate gilt female face medallion with an elaborate headdress and draped ornamentation adorns the upper section. It is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. The black painted metal displays an aged patina with areas of paint loss, oxidation, and distressed gilt accents throughout.
