Design Plus Gallery presents a 20th Century Table Lamp from the Lamp & Shade Shop by Marbro Brothers. The lamps are highly collectible, luxury vintage lighting fixtures created by the Marbro Lamp Company. Founded in 1934 by brothers Morris and Elliott Markoff in Los Angeles, the brand became famous for its lavish “Hollywood Regency” style and custom craftsmanship. Marbro lamps are celebrated for utilizing exquisite, high-end materials sourced globally. All pieces were assembled by hand in their Los Angeles workshop. Local artisans created its custom wooden base that were made from wallpaper printing cylinders that has deeply carved leaf patterns embellishing its circumference. The table lamp is in good condition for its usage.
