Mid 20th Century Drexel Barney Flag “Parallel” Drop-Leaf Table

Design Plus Gallery presents a “Parallel Line” Drop-Leaf Table by Barney Flag for Drexel Furniture. Designed table by Barney Flag for Drexel circa 1960’s. This table is a “boat” shape when both leaves are raised and by the arched stretcher that stabilizes the base. The table top is veneered with walnut and the legs and stretchers are solid walnut. Each of the leaves are hinged with bold, offset joinery that adds panache. There is minor wear through out, table is in good condition.
