Wood panel within the frame of the door keeps it secure and operational however. Coral + brick red lacquer contrasts beautifully with the oiled brass hardware and central medallion. Comes with original pin with decorative tassel for securing doors. Interior reveals two fixed shelves, one of which has two small + shallow drawers. Sides and back are left treated with a clear coat to showcase the elm’s natural wood tone. Visible wear through out.
