Design Plus Gallery presents a Vintage Set of Four Tulip Arm Chairs + Round Pedestal Table by Burke Inc. This Space Age was inspired by the 1950’s Tulip Chairs designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. In the 1970’s, these beauties were introduced with a four pointed swivel base instead of the traditional tulip round pedestal base of the iconic design. The chairs swivel 360 degrees. The seat shells are fiber glass on a metal base, powder coated in an off white finish. The seats have removable blue cushions and will benefit with new upholstery. Visible and minor wear from usage + age. Made in Dallas Texas, USA.
