Design Plus Gallery presents a pair of McGuire Shang Dynasty Lamps. Antiqued metal is layered with intricate cravings and nail head details to the armor like vessels. Style is indicative of turn of the Century pieces from China. Top of vessel is plated with a smoothly finished walnut stained wood. Shades are a welted beige linen and emulate the overall shape of the vessels beautifully in a modern and contrasting fashion. Internally there are places for two bulbs with independent pull chairs. Hardware and finial are made of brass to complement the antique tones. Little evidence of wear.
