Design Plus Gallery presents a Pair of Circa 1970’s Club Chairs from McGuire Furniture. Hand-shaped rattan frames are bound with the brand’s signature rawhide lacing, giving the pair a sculptural profile with open barrel arms and exposed stretcher detailing. Loose seat and back cushions are upholstered in a blue and white striped textile that complements the organic character of the frames, while the visible construction and gently aged surface speak to the era’s distinct point of view. This is a discontinued model with the brand, and they are in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. Made in the Philippines.
