Louis XV Style Giltwood Curio Display Cabinet, 1970’s
$899
Design Plus Gallery presents a Vintage French Louis XV Style Giltwood Curio Display Cabinet. This ornate cabinet showcases an elaborate carved crest adorned with scrolling acanthus leaves, floral motifs, and intricate Rococo-inspired detailing. The gilt-painted wood frame surrounds a curved glass door, glass side panels, and a mirrored interior backing. Three removable, curved glass shelves complement the interior, while decorative rope-style trim accents the glass panels. The lower apron displays a hand-painted floral medallion framed by ornamental carvings. Gracefully curved cabriole legs complete the traditional Louis XV design. The cabinet includes a locking glass door and key and overhead lighting. It is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage.
