Kristen Giorgi Commissioned Diptych Original Paintings, Set of Two
SOLD!
Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Commissioned Paintings by Kristen Giorgi. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, artist Kristen Giorgi experiments with colour, texture, and materiality in her works. Hovering between the figurative and abstract, her paintings are characterised by an atmospheric and temperamental aesthetic. Though suffused with light, Giorgi’s paintings have an underlying edge, combining the delicate and the daring. Mixing paints directly on her studio floor, Giorgi creates rich and layered colour pallets, and embraces accidents and chance effects which might occur. Her finished works exude texture and depth, drawing the viewer into shadowy layers of colour. These two go together harmoniously and one has her signature on the lower right side. They are in good condition with minimal visible wear for their usage.
