Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Eight of the Spanish Mediterranean Cane-Back Dining Chairs from Jessup Furniture Corporation. The set includes six side chairs and two armchairs, each constructed from wood with a tall woven cane back. Ornately carved crest rails display scrolling foliate motifs, complemented by shaped aprons, turned front legs and spindle stretchers. Mustard-gold velvet cushions complete the seating. The original manufacturer’s labels remain attached beneath the seats. This is a discontinued model with the brand and is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. There is visible chipping on the armchairs, and heavy wear on seat cushions. Chairs would benefit with new seat upholstery and cushions. Made in Collinsville, Virginia, USA.
