Design Plus Gallery presents the Flight Recliner by Jeffrey Bernett for Design Within Reach. Introduced in 2005, the design was developed as a recliner without the usual visual bulk, and its patented handle free mechanism moves from upright to feet up to full recline with a slight seated push. Its construction includes a kiln dried hardwood frame, steel recline conversion mechanism, web suspension, foam cushions with Dacron wrap, and fabric upholstery over a metal sled base. In a textured mustard yellow upholstery with a high back, broad arms, and a sectional footrest that extends as the chair reclines. It is in good condition with visible wear from usage and visible feline scratches to upholstery. Made in the USA.
