Produced by the prestigious Hoya Crystal company in Japan during the late 20th century, this heavy, high-relief crystal pieces feature a polished, smooth top surface paired with a deeply textured, frosted underside. This unique configuration manipulates light to create a stunning, 3D optical illusion mimicking frozen icebergs floating in a wintry sea.
