Design Plus Gallery presents a Czech Armchair designed by Hermann Czech for Gebrüder Thonet Vienna. Originally designed in 1994, the chair is constructed from beechwood and showcases the manufacturer’s signature steam-bent wood techniques throughout its curved frame. The sculptural arms sweep around the seat and connect with the slender legs, while a gently curved backrest is supported by two upright posts. A molded wood seat completes the composition, and the entire chair is presented in a vivid red lacquer. It is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage.
