Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Six Wishbone Chairs with Leather Seat Covers by Hans Wagner for Carl Hansen & Sons. The Wishbone Chair (1949), also known as the “Y” or “CH-24,” has been produced by the Danish firm Carl Hansen & Søn since 1950. Comprising a steam-bent solid wood frame and a seat handwoven from paper cord, the original Wishbone is made to last for generations and offers outstanding sitting comfort, with or without the black leather seat cushions. The chairs have slight tonal variation from sun exposure and are overall in good condition for their minimal usage. Made in Denmark.
