Background go pattern is a light and warm cream and mixes gray, taupe, burnt orange and olive green fibers in the patterning on top. Large scale botanical motifs radiate from the center medallion. There is a light and open quality to the rug which is indicitive of Oushak rugs. Dyes are made from vegetable pigments and double knotted fibers are 100% wool. Visible wear on some of the fibers and could use a professional cleaning. These rugs are known for their hushed tones are enhanced by the soft, lustrous wool texture.
