Design Plus Gallery presents a Two-Piece Mother of Pearl Boxes from Global Views. A mosaic of lustrous mother of pearl in honeycomb patterning across the lids and sides. The tonal variation moves from icy pearl to soft taupe and sand, giving the surface dimension and natural character. Each box opens to a black lacquered interior, and the pair includes one medium box and one small box. Natural variation in the mother of pearl includes veining, tonal shifts, and minor irregularities consistent with the material. Due to the natural material of mother of pearl, cracks and imperfections may be unavoidable. They are in good condition with visible cracking on a corner and minimal wear from usage. Made in Vietnam.
