The decorated Indian, as seen was created and used as the ephemeral for the very first Western States Biennial Exhibition, where 28 western artists gathered to showcase their artwork in the late 80s. The Indian shown is in repose with traditional dancer garb on to showcase their talent for artistry, meaning their clothes and possibly pondering the dance tribes are known for. Signature is at the bottom of the poster and professional matted/framed, in good condition.
