Frank Thrower for Dartington Crystal Daisy Dishes, Set of Twelve

Design Plus Gallery presents a Vintage Set of 12 Daisy Dishes Designed by Frank Thrower for Dartington Crystal. Natures beauty has been captured in these hand made crystal bowls. The Daisy design is as fresh and pretty now as when it was first made in the 1970’s. This innovative technique was synonymous with Scandinavian design and honoured both Dartington’s Swedish roots and Frank Thrower’s signature Scandi-inspired style. In this set of 12 pieces there are eight stacking small dishes, two slightly larger dishes, a single bowl with a narrow base and higher height, and a single large dish. They are all in good condition and as they are hand made no two are just alike, with small variations to their overall similarity. Made in Torrington, North Devon, England.
