Design Plus Gallery presents a Foscarini Big Bang Pendant. An origami like formation connects a myriad of panels together in a seemingly random pattern. Angles of panels cleverly disperse light without exposing any hot spots for glares. Designed by Enrico Franzolini and Vicente Garcia Jimenez in 2005. Planes are made out of methacrylic to disperse a glow. Central light housing planes are white lacquered aluminum. Design is influenced by an explosive power of its namesake by looking as though they’re bursting from the center. Comes With Two field-adjustable stainless steel suspension cables. Made in Italy. Wired for Fluorescent, Halogen, or LED bulbs. Includes halogen option. Minor wear, good condition.
