Eero Saarinen for Knoll Saarinen Lounge Table, 35 Inch. Original Price: $5,086
SOLD!
Design Plus Gallery presents the Saarinen Lounge Table by Eero Saarinen from Knoll. Designed as part of Saarinen’s celebrated Pedestal Collection, the table reflects his pursuit of eliminating the visual clutter created by traditional table legs through a sculptural single-pedestal form. The table has a round white marble top with prominent gray veining and natural variation, paired with a white cast-aluminum pedestal base. It is in good condition, the marble top shows visible age-related surface wear, scattered discoloration and spotting, along with a fine hairline line or fissure visible upon close inspection. Made in USA.
