Design Plus Gallery presents an Early 18th Century Louis XVI Style Provincial Fruitwood Armoire. Features include two sets of cabinet doors, two regular and one thin drawer, and two floating shelves and one bottom shelf in the top half. The crown of the armoire features a botanical accent. The top cabinet’s hardware is ornate and symmetrical, and requires a key. Between the top cabinet doors is a carved-in pillar with fluted accents. Both sets of cabinet doors have wood inlays with grains that horizontally mirror each other. The top half’s shelves were replaced. Visible and minor wear from age and use; armoire is in good condition.
