On his horse, Rocinante, a beast well past his prime, Don Quixote rides the roads of Spain in search of glory and grand adventure. Here, he sets out on his second adventure along with a befuddled laborer named Sancho Panza, whom he has persuaded to accompany him as his faithful squire. Wonderful depth and color, signed in lower right by artist, c.1993. Little evidence of wear; condition is good for age and use.
