“Lucy Chamberlain has resided in the Los Angeles area since 1980. She studied glass forming at several Southern California schools including California State University Fullerton where she earned a Masters of Fine Arts Degree. She is a founding member of Ten Women Venice Gallery, an artist’s cooperative, and the first woman to teach hot glass at California State University Fullerton. “Through my process I transport to places otherwise unavailable to me; the ocean floor, touching anemones and urchins, the inside of a Malaysian orchid, the garden of the goddess.
