Design Plus Gallery presents a Carved Wood Folding Screen. The screen has open fretwork lattice panels, pierced scrollwork crest rails, and carved figural relief panels across the midsection. Lower wood panels show vertical grain, aged surface variation, and hand-worked character throughout. Each of the three panels are joined with metal hinges to allow the screen to stand in an angled formation. The reverse has red fabric panels near the upper backs. It is in good condition with visible wear from age and usage.
