The lamp showcases a large adjustable metal reflector mounted to a tall metal column with mechanical adjustment hardware. Its tripod-style cast metal base provides support while reinforcing the early industrial character of the design. The original manufacturer’s plaque identifies the piece as a Britesun Radiant Infra-Red Lamp, Model No. 3970, rated for 110–115V and 5A.
