The Series 7 Chair was designed in 1955 by Arne Jacobsen, features an ideal shape for the human comfort, with a back that offers just the right amount of give to keep your upper body comfortable and a waterfall seat that supports your legs without pressing into them. Arne Jacobsen shaped the core of Danish design identity with this chair by forming it from one piece of plywood narrowed in the middle to accommodate three different bends. These are stackable. The shell is Maple with the metal bases in a chrome. This is the authentic Series 7 Stool by Republic of Fritz Hansen. Light evidence of wear; good condition for age and use. Made in Denmark.
